. Fitting tolerance & Mounting

3.1 Only after the drawn cup needle roller bearing is pressed into the housing, the thin-walled drawn cup outer ring can obtain its accurate dimension and geometric conclusions. The dimension and geometric precision determines the precision of bearing Fw and the representation of bearing after assembly. If the tolerance of housing is selected from table 4, when the bearing is assembled into a rigid housing, the approximately enveloping circle diameter of bearing is within the range of tolerance zone F8. Then if the bearing is fitted with the specified tolerance shaft, a normal working tolerance is followed.

3.2 Mounting

The drawn cup needle roller bearing is pressed into the housing with spindle shaft, the edge of spindle shaft should be connected with the marking end of the bearing. There is a O-ring seal mounted in the shaft edge groove, to maintain the bearing not fallen off, can be easily pressed in. if there is presser in the production line, it can simplify the bearing assembling in the production line. The bearing can be inclined when assembling in to housing.
